How we handle your details.
Last updated 21 October 2026
This page explains what we collect when you send us a project brief or browse this site, why we collect it, who helps us process it and how long we keep it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
Who we are
This site is run by Carte Blanche Holdings LLC, doing business as Anubrix Solutions ("we" or "us"). Carte Blanche Holdings LLC is responsible for the personal information described on this page. For anything about it, email [email protected]. We reply within two business days.
What the brief form collects, and why
When you send a brief we receive:
- Your name, work email and company, so we know who wrote and how to reply.
- Optional details: company size, what you need help with and your timeline, so our reply is relevant.
- Your description of the problem, which is the point of the brief.
- How you found us: the page you landed on and any campaign tags in its address (for example
utm_source). These travel only inside your own brief.
We use these details only to reply to you and to discuss the work you described. We do not sell them, add you to a mailing list or use them for advertising.
Where it is stored and for how long
Each brief is saved in a database hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1) and emailed to our team. Briefs are deleted automatically 12 months after they arrive. A copy may remain in our team inbox for as long as the conversation continues; ask us and we will delete it too.
To stop abuse we keep a short-lived counter of submissions per network address. It is used only to rate-limit the form and is deleted within a day.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this site, stores briefs, and runs Turnstile, a check that helps us tell people from automated spam when you send the form.
- Resend delivers the notification email that tells us a brief arrived.
- Google Analytics measures how the site is used, and only if you accept analytics cookies. It never receives the contents of your brief.
Cookies
- Your consent choice (
abx_consent) remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics, for 180 days. - Google Analytics cookies (named
_gaand_ga_*) are set only after you accept. Until then nothing is loaded from Google. - Session storage keeps the page you first landed on for the length of your visit, so it can be sent with your brief.
You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them or have them deleted. Email [email protected] from the address you used and tell us what you would like. We will confirm once it is done.
Changes to this page
If how we handle your details changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
